Welcome! It’s great to have you with us. You’ve come to a place where success in looking and feeling your best doesn’t mean being in a rigid and dour environment. It can also be a fun and happy experience, and my mission in life is to make sure you succeed while enjoying the journey every step of the way.
You see, the Level Ten Program is a uniquely designed system that relies as much on your relationship with me as it does on scientific factors. And, believe me, I know exactly what it takes to succeed; in my twenty years as a professional musician and entertainer ( for more information check out this website: http://ssbobby.com/ ) I have seen it all: drug and alcohol abuse, chain smoking, an overindulgence in junk food, and a seemingly endless battle with obesity.
And, although I loved the entertainment industry, it was also one of the greatest disappointments of my life because I watched my bandmates destroy their health ( and their careers ) by constantly repeating the same bad habits every single day.
But at the same time, even though I was often depressed, there was a point where I hit rock bottom; and when you hit rock bottom, the first thing you do is begin to question how–and why–you got there.
As I began to ponder my situation, the light went on; I was getting the best education a person could receive on looking and feeling his best because I watched those around me slowly kill themselves… and I didn’t want to be one of them.
For the next twenty years I would learn just what does and doesn’t work in the area of optimal health… because I had to. It was a requirement if I didn’t want my career to end by age 25 or–worse yet–my life. Through trial and error I learned how to eliminate destructive habits and replace them with healthy alternatives while maintaining a positive attitude and cheery disposition.
A new routine in your life is always uncomfortable when first applied, but it soon becomes “normal” to you and therefore a habit. And that has been the key to my success in achieving optimal health: stacking one new routine upon another ( but slowly ) until they were all habits… that led me to the beautiful life I now enjoy.
As you can see, my program has been twenty years in the making. It’s been said that one generation plants a tree but the following generation will sit in the shade. In other words, I’ve done the heavy lifting and would like you to benefit from it. And my twenty years of experience in the field led me to five key concepts that will make or break any person attempting to realize their dreams. They are:
1.) Trust-you’re going to have to open up to me ( at least a little bit! ). I’m certainly nobody to judge anyone, and I need to know exactly what you want. Don’t be afraid! I can help you get where you want to go…I just need to know where you want to go!
2.) Continual one-on-one counseling-Everybody needs a coach who has been there and won. Please allow me to be your mentor and we’ll get there together.
3.) Calibrated small victories-It’s been said that small gains are believable and therefore achievable. And it’s true. We’ll make sure you have a victory every week.
4.) Celebrating them as your new norm-That’s the key to jumping to a new level. With every goal you reach you will notice the improvement, and that’s a key to maintaining your enthusiasm.
5.) Encouragement and camaraderie-It is virtually impossible to reach your goal without these two. That’s why I will be your biggest champion. You need to hear “you can do it!” at your weakest moments. You can’t do this alone. So let’s get started! Tell me all about yourself! ( Scroll down )
